Chinese Government Scholarship scheme was established by the Ministry of Education of China in accordance with educational exchange agreements or understandings reached between Chinese government and governments of other countries, education organs, institutions and relevant international organizations to provide both full scholarship and partial scholarship to international students and scholars.

Prospective applicant must meet the following qualification criteria :
(1) Applicants should be a citizen of the country to which this scholarship program is offered. (including applicant`s parents). Applicants should not be a holder of Korean citizenship.
(2) Applicants should be under 25 years of age as of March 1, 2009.
(3) Have an adequate health, both physically and mentally. Persons who are pregnant or having severe illness may not apply.

Pemerintah Republik Indonesia (RI) melalui Departemen Minyak dan Gas (MIGAS) dan Departemen Pendidikan Nasional (Depdiknas) bekerjasama dengan Petronas menawarkan beasiswa penuh belajar di Malaysia untuk meraih gelar teknik elektro, teknik sipil, teknik perminyakan dan teknik mesin. Juga jurusan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta jurusan sistem informasi bisnis.

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) menawarkan program beasiswa bagi calon mahasiswa yang berprestasi tetapi memiliki kekurangan dalam keuangan. Beasiswa ini bersumber dari berbagai lembaga donor dan Universitas Internasional Al-Madinah.

The Singapore Government awards the scholarship to Government-endorsed students from the other member countries of the ASEAN. Each Scholarship is for a full-time undergraduate degree course at the Nanyang Technological University, the National University of Singapore and the Singapore Management University. All disciplines except for Medicine and Dentistry are open to Scholars. The duration of each scholarships is for three or four years, depending on the discipline.
